Conducting an interview


From 6th to 8th of November I was privileged to host Yuxia Ouyang a PhD student from Penn State University hospitality department. Together with her advisor distinguished professor Amit Sharma, she is conducting research regarding financial performances of restaurants in Dalmatia.

During two days we have visited more than 20 restaurants and have conducted successfully eight interviews. This was a first time I have participated this kind of research, and it was a great experience. Restaurant owners were willing to participate, and quite talkative once interviewed. The results were also revealing, but I will let Yuxia publish them first and the will be happy to share them.
