There are several different concepts of tourism development. Historical development of tourism industry in Croatia, can easily be used to capture and explain their characteristics.
Here is my presentation on concepts of tourism development, with special reference on tourism in Croatia from its beginnings in middle nineteenth century until today. I have used this presentation as case study for graduate students of management in tourism. End of this study contains 3 questions. Students are expected to answer and elaborate on them. Last slayd contains graphical display of results.
